All the myths that are floated as truth, is nauseating beyond the puke bucket. The right-winged, learned ones who perhaps didn’t sleep through all of their college courses, whip out the dialogue of mendacity every time they are threatened to be overthrown by THE OTHER PARTY. Oh they keep their fairytale myths alive all through their years of control but election time is when they really roll up their sleeves and get the SHIT shovels lined up to cover us all in blankets of Repulsive Untruths against our common senses and THE OTHER PARTY.
I picked up a newspaper belonging to a red bible belt area where many of the followers or better word SHEEP live and who desperately want to believe the crap their Right-winged commanders spew forth, even if it doesn’t quite make sense to them.
I started reading a column that appears often in this paper by Walter Williams. This educated man pulls out statistics that I swear comes from the same source Rush Limbaugh uses… THEIR BUTTS! So easy to make up figures and so difficult to search out real honest to goodness facts… I know I try and searches do cost you in time. Better to just accept the SHIT thrown your way, because said SHIT is sort of how you want to see it anyway.
But I digress, getting back to this conservative column writer, he wrote an article on how we are so much better off today than say the 1930’s or the 50’s… WHAT? Mr. Williams doesn’t want to use wages and income to show how things compare he rather use consumption… WHAT, AGAIN in this credit card era?
He claims it takes an average worker today, 2 hours to earn enough for 10 gallons of gas compared to 6 hours in 1935…(who had cars back then, I’ll bet it wasn’t your average minimum wage earner) Same with food claiming it takes 1.7 hours today to buy a “BASKET OF FOOD” and 6 hours of work in 1950… (I would like to see what the hell is in Mr. William’s “BASKET OF FOOD”!) Most homemakers baked their own bread, biscuits and cakes and meals were from SCRATCH, because they didn’t have to work outside the home… Today’s busy Mothers have to work a 40 hour week plus shop, cook, clean and take care of their children… Ain’t NO Easy Job, I know I held the double shift for years and years. I had said to myself on numerous occasions, if Obama ever shows up in the proximity of my neighborhood, (take or leave a few hundred miles) I will go to see him in the flesh. Barack Obama, is like a dream come true for me and my fellow Democrats. He embodies for us, the reason we chose this party over the other big one and all of the smaller ones.
It’s not easy being a Progressive, Populist Democrat, especially since the hypnotic propagandizing by Karl Rove, who mesmerized so many Americans with his hypocritical rhetoric that if you don’t share his political neoconservative, 
ideology you are subhuman. He was a master at penetrating minds with nuances such as…
** If you are of low income, you have only yourself to blame.
** If you are uneducated, it’s your own fault.
** If you think War is not an answer to a problem, you are un-American.
** If you dare to question the government’s role in spying on the people or
arresting people without due process, you are anti-patriotic.
** If you believe TORTURE is wrong, you are siding with the terrorists.
** If you believe state and church should be separate, you are GODLESS AND EVIL.
** And dare to say a word against the McCain/Bush/Cheney practices of
deregulation, no-contract bids and the good ole boys agreement of YOU SCRATCH MY BACK AND I’LL SCRATCH YOURS, Karl Rove and his followers tell you to…’ GET THE HELL OUT OF ‘THEIR’ COUNTRY!’
For eight long years we’ve had to endure this RAG from those under the Karl Rove influence. They took our flag and turned it into a symbol of bigotry, hatred, xenophobia and opinionated judgement. (I haven’t flown my flag outside my home in almost 8 years and I want MY flag’s pride back.)
I believe, Barack Obama, will bring back our flag, bring back America’s honor, bring back our National Pride and restore OUR America to the country it was created for. ALL MEN ARE CREATED EQUAL. In other words, a return to common sense, and lead us out of the Neocon-Twilight Zone we’ve been living in for eight long, very long years.

The Right-Wing Talk Radio Hate Shows
I could never understand why anyone would want to listen to the hateful shows on right-wing talk radio. Especially, those who proclaim that their religion keeps them on the straight and narrow. Listening to the disgusting rhetoric these Shock Jockeys spew forth creates barbarity in those who refuse to think… When minds are so full of the nonsense from the right-wing creeps, who’s only objective is to make money and control the masses, they tend to wreck havoc upon the innocent. (case-in-point, the pathetic nut who went on a shooting rampage at the UU church in TN.) We are all in the same boat. We love and want peace so why look upon each other as though we are just pockets of vermin. Haven’t we had enough HATE? I guess there are some who would answer NO, because they live for aversion. Here’s a little advice for DITTO-HEADS, you can live in peace, it’s really quite simple, just turn your damn radios off and have a nice day.

How low can Republicans Go?
Breaking News: Republicans are gathering addresses on foreclosed properties so former occupants (democrats only) will be turned away from polling places because they do not live there anymore!
It’s bottomless! I swear these people, the Republican people, who run elections have no soul. I know, sadly, there is enough dirty tricks to go around in all the political persuasions. But the Repubs really know how to pull off the dirtiest of dirty tricks, without blinking an eye! I wonder why that is? Is it because they believe rules and laws are meaningless when it comes to getting their party the winning prize?. Or maybe they just have been mentally conditioned and have become barbarian brutes, due to using, low blows for so long they can’t tell RIGHT from WRONG any longer?. I believe it’s the latter, with quite a bit of truth in the former. Read about how they (repubs) wish to use the property addresses of those unfortunate individuals who have had their shelters, their family homes, their belongings, ( and dreams they fought to fulfill using all the blood, sweat and tears they could muster only to be thrown out on the streets) confiscated by foreclosure, so they would be disqualified from voting because they no longer lived at such address. 7 Years and Republicans Still Using 911 As Their TM
9-11 – The people’s tragedy not the Republican! The Republican Party, stole the 9-11 appalling saga to further their neoconservative power agenda. After 7 years, they are still referring to it as something belonging to them. Vote for me and our country will be safe from another horrendous attack upon our soil. Vote for the other party and a violent infraction from some enemy will surely occur. We heard it solidly for the first four faux years of the neocon Bush administration, mostly to justify their illegal war. Now that Bush will soon sequester to the back pages of history under the subject, USA’s worst presidents. Still, STILL, this party with NO shame, is using the tragedies of that infamous day in September 2001, when America was used like a stuffed leather bag, bludgeoned over and over again, to promote terror. They act as though they are saddened by the events of that terrible day but when they use it like a tool to get the power they so lust for, how can anyone believe their lament. Keith Olbermann, so poignantly put into words, how he feels, how I feel, how so many of you feel, the disgust and anguish we grip each time they use it as a prop.
At THEIR OWN CONVENTION, they used it AGAIN as a prop to bolster their standing amongst the American voters. A PROP OF FEAR! This party of disservice has no shame and they will go on and on lying, misconstruing and whatever it takes to keep power. They care not for this land that so many have died for. They live, breath and sustain only with one objective, to stay on the course of power whether or not they destroy the very thing they wish to control. It’s time for all who THINK, who truly want the best for our country because we know it will belong to so many who will come long after us, to say ENOUGH! If this actually does not happen this election time around we may be a country so weakened by the avaricious blunders of the right-wing, we will become easy pickings for the power brutes of the world. Guess what folks, teaching abstinence-only to young adolescent teens fails in all the studies except the ones conducted by the abstinence-only advocates. Isn’t that a shocker? 
Well, to anyone with a few brain cells, that was a given. From the very beginning, when Bush and his followers rejoiced and couldn’t wait to hit us over the head 
with their abstinence-ONLY asinine program. Of course, we should teach our teenage children good judgement, if that is at all possible when it comes to the powerful instinctual urges belonging to all life, the drive to BEGET. Try telling a teeny bobber about love and responsibility. They’ll look at you, 
the same way you look at a dog chasing his tail, YUP, with complete bewilderment of such a stupidity lag . 
But, for most parents, the teen “eye roll” 
just slides off their back, down to the floor where it can be easily stepped on. 
But all sarcasm aside, teaching this program alone is not just block-headed, its outrageously dangerous. By not equipping our young with knowledge on self preservation, we neglect the most basic fact of life, the instinctive teachings of fundamental survival techniques. Go and watch some wild life with their young and you will see such training.
Birds do it, Bees do it, even Monkeys in the trees do it. Let’s do it, lets teach our young important “no brainer” essentials, so they can make informed decisions to help preserve our species.
